Shipping information
Your order will be packed securely and sent to you via trusted, global, couriers at close to competitive prices. The table below provides example prices for regions around the world. We ship orders at 3pm, all orders for the same day shipping must be with us by 2.50pm after that they will go next day

How quickly can you expect delivery?
All orders are usually dispatched the same day we receive them, but we advise to order by 2PM to ensure same day dispatch. All deliveries outside of the United Kingdom are trackable and may require a signature. Please call on 01454 324546 or email us if you need your order at a guaranteed delivery time.

Shipping promotion
The following shipping promotions apply to all UK orders with the exception of Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
FREE Next day Shipping
For all qualifying orders with a minimum order total of £40.00, you will receive next day delivery completely free.
International Shipping
We only charge for economy delivery, this is sometimes very slow, we recomend a 'Tracked' or 'Signed For' service this is extra but it's more 'Assured', please contact for a price BEFORE you place your order.
Returns Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of sale date
- Items should be packaged as delivered and unused
- Contact us first before returning.
- Faulty items will be replaced after return and inspection
- We reserve the right to deduct our shipping cost to you & charge a veriable handling & restocking fee.
- Shotages must be notified within five working days.
